The Lessee undertakes to independently carry out the scheduled maintenance and repair of equipment in the event of an emergency failure. The Lessee is responsible for the condition of the paint layer and maintains the cleanness of the equipment. The Lessee carries out the restoration of the paint layer during the period of operation and at the end of the rent period. The Lessor has the right to control the operating time (hours/mileage). In case of untimely performing the scheduled maintenance, the Lessee shall pay a penalty of 2% of the rental cost for each hour / 10 kilometers of mileage above the mandatory level of maintenance.
This option is preferable for handling companies with their own repair facilities and trained personnel, as well as for companies operating in geographically remote airports with a small intensity of operational activities.
